The 2015 North American Unicycling Convention and Championships (NAUCC) was held in Madison, WI from July 25 – August 1, 2015. Check out the results.
Madison is known for its scenic lakes, world renowned university, and has also been rated one of the best cycling cities in the nation. Madison is also home to the Madison Unicyclists, a young unicycle club that boasts several North American Champions and a five time World Champion. The Madison Unicyclists, or MadUni, is proud to be leaders in the sport of unicycling with a focus in youth development consisting of after school programs and summer camps.
NAUCC 2015 is the qualifying event for Unicon 18, the 2016 Unicycle World Championships, in San Sebastian, Spain.
We had a great time hosting NAUCC 2015 and showing you around Madison. For a list of things to do, check out this list. One of our main goals for the event was to have the competition and convention centered around the community that MadUni calls home. All profits from NAUCC 2015 went to support the Madison Unicyclists, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, in order to further their youth programs in accordance with their mission statement.
